Based off of the tips that I read some of them I do participate like reading a book or watching Netflix. But, there are others that I haven't tried before. All of them seem pretty good for when wanting to relax. They definitely take a load off and make you feel better about yourself. It seems like it would also reduce the stress level and anxiety. Eating healthy foods and writing down negative thoughts seems like a good way to stay healthy, and to get out all the negative energy.
